Anyone who knows me knows I despise Christmas.
I won’t get into that here.
All I’m going to say is: After you’ve stuffed yourself with food and wine, chugged tasteless lite beer with your brother-in-law whom you secretly hate, decorated the tree with a variety of petroleum intensive products and strewn your hearth with the remains of a bunch of crap headed straight for the landfill (thanks so much SANTA, a marketing tool invented by the Coca-Cola company), well, then it’s time to post your photos and videos.
Obviously you will chronicle your JOY on all the usual outposts like Facebook and Flickr and YouTube, but for particularly painful photos, may I suggest sharing the wealth and peeping yourself (and others) on Awkward Family Photos as well. They’ve got a Christmas themed spread going right now, so I’m sure they’ll be happy to post the evidence of your agony as well.
